Confidence through consistent repetition and honest correction.
At INT2Soccer, training focuses on the first, second, and third touch - where every detail matters!
Players develop the core technical habits that appear in every match:
Separation - creating space, through awareness and movement to stay ahead of pressure.
Ball Control - body positioning and directional control that set up the next action.
Decision Making - knowing what to do before the ball arrives and executing with clarity under pressure.
-
Each group is limited to 8 players to maximize repetition and allow for detailed coaching and feedback.
-
INT2 Soccer training operates in 9 and 10-week development cycles.
Each cycle focuses on refining core technical actions through structured repetition and correction.
Instead of introducing dozens of exercises, players work consistently on the same fundamental actions so they can execute them naturally in game situations.
This approach allows players to develop through depth and consistency.
Each weekly training session runs 55 minutes.
